IPM was founded in the year 1972 by Dr. G.C. Sood, an engineer and a Ph.D., having a vast industrial experience. IPM has been doing specialized surface modification jobs, for more than three decades at its factories in Delhi and U.P.

Mr. Rahul Sood, Director, Industrial Processors & Metallizers (P) Ltd., is B.E. Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering and has more than two decades of experience in the field of specialized surface modification.
